Melissa Blair the owner of Cultivating Sales and the co-owner of The Sales Techs. Melissa is a serial entrepreneur and a product of two entrepreneurial parents. Small business is in her DNA. Her passion is to help her clients systematize & automate their sales & marketing processes so they can take their business to the next level.
Melissa works directly with the development team of her Cultivating Sales Pro software. She loves spending time with her husband, 3 children, and 2 dachshunds. She's an avid networker who loves her eWomenNetwork and PolkaDot Powerhouse networking groups. She also runs her own networking Facebook Group for Wisconsin women entrepreneurs at https://www.facebook.com/groups/363507417466272 and serves on the Board of the Mukwonago Education Foundation.
